My charge 5, as well as my husband’s, will not hold a charge. Mine also had a period of being unresponsive. Coincidence that both would have battery issues the same day and, coinciding with update??? We have both restarted them more than once. Any other solution before we buy a different brand?

Same here, and same for hundreds of other FitBit Charge 5 owners! Fitbit (now owned by Google) is denying responsibility and telling people to buy a new Fitbit at a small discount. Is that outrageous or what?
