Like many of posts below, my Charge 5 (not even 2 years old yet) is draining its batter in hours rather than days for absolutely no reason. My customer service rep did his best to be helpful, but the “fix” he was told to give me hasn’t helped. Unless a serious fix comes soon (likely a corrective update), my permanent fix may be to get a fitness tracker from a different brand, unfortunately. This is a pretty drastic issue as I’m not buying a new fitness tracker every 20 months.

Hi there, @NateXXIV. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Charge 5 and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.
Thanks in advance!

Same thing with my 13month old Charge 5..until 2 months ago my tracker cannot hold charge for an hour. Just charged it to 100% ite down to 85% in 5mins without any usage. I've reset it severally but nothing to it..
