I received my Charge 5 last week, I found out you have to turn the display to dim and manual otherwise the battery drains fast. Now since last the battery drains fast no matter where I set the display and the GPS, everything is off and it still drains. Anyone else seeing this issue

I got mine last week and have had no issues with battery life. I don't have mine connected to anything like GPS, which can drain the battery.

How To Solve Battery Life Issue
Some people find that performing a reset on your Charge 5 fixes it. Others have found turning off GPS helps.
Others have found checking for updates for both the App and Charge 5 have helped.
Some people have seen the problem resolve itself but others have returned their devices and got replacements.
It might be worth reading through a couple of these threads and seeing if any of the fixes there work for you.

Try doing a restart device. It help a few person.
How to restart device. Go to settings. Look for restart device. Click it. And click restart. It is fast and quick to do it. And currently it is a fix for this battery draining issue for quite a few people.
