Loosing Connectivity Charge 5

My Fitbit Charge 5 is constantly loosing connection to Bluetooth. My Fitbit Luxe works fine but charge won’t stay connected. I have to keep repairing it. I have tried deleting the app and downloading again, restarting the Fitbit. It is hit or miss. Any solutions ?

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems?

 

In addition, please make sure to check all the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available. 

 

Regarding the problem you mentioned with the Fitbit Luxe, could you please provide a few extra details? Let me know if you're referring to a problem to recharge the battery or to  a syncing problem.
