I put my charge 5 on the charger yesterday evening. I got a message for an update. Now the charge is dead unless it sits on charger.
Have restarted 2x by pressing the.button 3x on charger and still kaput.
Can someone please help?

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to improve battery life in general, as this has been generally useful for other users. In addition, please confirm that you've restarted your Charge 5 as described below:
The battery can last up to 7 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but the battery shouldn't be draining only after a few hours.

I am still unable to get this working. Even when it says it is 100%, within an hour, I get the Critical power warning and it dies. What are my options here as in the current state, this is not usable.

I Turned off the sleep mode, that has stopped my one draining.
