Charge 5 battery is draining quickly

The battery life on my charge 5 has dropped dramatically in the past two weeks.  Have tried all the suggestions but to no effect.

When my Charge 5 started having sudden loss of battery, I restarted and recharged it multiple times over several days. This eventually got my device "unstuck" and back to the battery lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that you will have a similar success, it might be worth a try. 

If this doesn't work, then you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link).
