Charge 5 battery is draining quickly

It looks like I'm having similar issues as other people -- I purchased a Charge 5 about a year and a half ago. It stopped working after 6 months, so they sent me a new one. The new one suddenly stopped working just outside of the warranty at 13 months, and the best I'm offered is a 35% discount. The battery seems to drain within a few hours, even when fully charged. This is my 3rd Fitbit in about 6 years, I had an original Charge and then a Charge 2.

Hello @jberz 

When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery drain, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I noticed the battery% had a big drop, I restarted my device then put it on the charger, often doing this multiple times in a day. This process eventually got my Charge 5 "unstuck" and the battery life went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work, it might be worth a try.
