It is frustrating that the links to the Charge 5 manual listed at the heading of this forum and at the Google fitbit support site DO NOT WORK!

Does anyone know where I can get a downlodable PDF copy of the manual? Thanks

What device are you using to try to download the Charge 5 manual? What error message are you seeing when you try to download the manual?

I found that using my laptop is best when I'm accessing the Fitbit forums, help articles, and manuals. Using my laptop also allows me to use different browsers in case there's an issue with one of the browsers.
