After an update to the charge 5, add a card keeps popping up. This is constant, and the tracker discharges over a period of hours after being charged to 100%. My tracker is over 2 years old, and has worked flawless all this time until this update. I've uninstalled the app on my phone and reinstalled it and that has not helped. I want to reset the tracker to factory. Anyone know how? I'm going to search for the instructions, nothing to lose at this point!!!

Hi there, @F350holiday. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out.
Before considering a factory reset, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to improve battery life in general, as this has been generally useful for other users. In addition, please complete a three pulse restart following the steps listed here below:
The battery can last up to 7 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but the battery shouldn't be draining only after a few hours.
