Hi, Received a software update yesterday and Fitbit wouldn't work until done. After updating, blank screen. All instructions followed to rectify. Got screen back but will only hold charge for 2 hours max. It held charge for about a week prior to this.
Am fed up because same problem last year with charge 4 after update. Fitbit replaced that with my Charge 5 which is less than a year old!
I see lots are having similar problems.

Same here. I did everything suggested by the support team but my charge now only lasts 2 days. The first time my FitBit lost its charge too quickly it buzzed and buzzed on my wrist. It just vibrated out of control. Since then I did all of the steps but it loses charge.
Mine is a bit over a year old. I loved my FitBit while it lasted.
