There are multiple lightly threads about blank screens but the course of events is slightly different.
My Charge 5 was working fine through this afternoon. About 6pm the screen started showing a red circle with an X. A few minutes after that the screen went blank. The app shows it still was mostly charged at 6pm. Putting it on the charger cable does nothing; pressing the button on the charger cable 3x does nothing; there is still no connectivity, no vibration, no screen light.
This was already a replacement, so I'm pretty disappointed. Any support options beyond those listed in the similar threads would be welcome. There are a bunch of similar threads sadly.

Hi there, @gabbod. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5. I understand how you must be feeling.
As per the description of your post, it seems like your Charge 5 ran out of battery completely. If you've tried charging your Charge 5 for more than 2 hours but to no avail, please see Why ins't my FItbit device's battery charging?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

No, that's certainly incorrect. As the post states it was mostly charged (i.e. more than 50%) at the time it showed the "unsuccessful setup" image then went blank.
However, my current plan is to let the battery drain completely, in at attempt to reset the software. That will take about a week.
