My Fitbit is stuck on a flashing Fitbit logo and will not respond to anything including the 3 button press combo on the charger cable.
I've had nothing but trouble with Fitbit products. My charge 2 was also a mess.
What **ahem**ing monkeys do you have working on programming these devices. They must have some of the least robust hardware/software I've ever seen.
How do I get a refund on this absolute garbage?

Hmm are you on Android and Google pixel by any chance?
I think an app that works with FitBit might be bricking them. It might be "Health Services" or "Cross Device Services"
