Dear Fitbit, I tried everything you suggest in other threads but nothing helps. My device is still under warranty, its in perfect condition otherwise, no scratches... I just want a working device. What should I do?

Hi,

I contacted your support team 2 days ago when I submitted a claim, which was denied. I still do not understand why. I have a faulty product that is still under warranty. Please help. I just want a working device.
