  • More than one year, I do not have any issue to use Charge 5 tracker.  However, I experienced battery life issue.  It means, after 100% full charge, it's impossible to use more than 1 day.  I found new firmware, so I tried firmware updating, but no improvement.  Please be advised attached two files, which shows the fitbit screens of 24 hours intervals in battery remaining.  For your information, I have purchased it September of 2022 via your online, and I am using Galaxy Fold 5.

Thank you for letting me know about this situation with the battery using your Charge 5.

My best recommendation for you would be checking the tips to extend your battery life in this article, once you have done them, let me know how it goes.
