My charge 5 goes from 100% to dead in less than 24 hours. I came back to a Fitbit from my Apple Watch specifically because I hated constantly having to charge my Apple Watch, just for me to now have to constantly charge my Fitbit or go days without using it. I’ve tried restarting my Fitbit multiple times and ensured that it’s fully updated. Nothing is working and I might as well use my Apple Watch again, especially seeing how the new charge 5 update made the sleep tracking look.

Thank you for your prompt response. I should have prefaced that I have read previous forums stating the same troubleshooting as you have just suggested and nothing has helped. I’ve done all of these things already and my battery is still not holding a charge.
