Charge 5 battery is draining too quickly

Okay, so my excitement thinking I'd sorted the battery drain issue was short-lived. It did well for about a week. It was holding a charge, but then, at about 40% battery, it crashed. It did this the next time I charged it, too; now it's gone completely... and I've gone to Huawei.

I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Charge 5 is still draining quckly. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Charge 5 and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team, since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies and you've already exhausted all troubleshooting steps we could've provided here.
