Charge 5 battery issues

My first charge 5 last only a month because of battery failure and the new replacement unit only last for 5 months it battery failed again, so total usuage less then a year. 

 

Do not recommend buying this as i barely used less then a year.The worst disappointment is that it failed without waring and i can be running halfway it just goes blank then i have to charge it and reset it and it 

fail again  and again. 

 

Charge 3 seem more relaiable then charge 5 and charge 4 is waste of $$ considered it features.

Fitbit products seems to be very unrelaible now as the price goes up.

 

Update: Worst case is poor after sales support
