Charge 5 did not reset overnight

My Charge 5 didn't reset at midnight.  Any suggestions?

I appreciate the information that you've shared about this issue with your Charge 5. 

I've seen other users experiencing something similar in the past. If you haven't done so already, please try restarting your device using the charging cable and check if you continue to experience the same problem, as this has been helpful for other people.
