Charge 5 battery life

My new fitbit charge 5 has a short battery life than any fitbit I have had currently less than 24hrs. Seems abnormal as reports say that battery life should be >5 days. Please assist urgently

The first this to try, @MwuLE , is resetting your Charge 5. That will often push things back to normal. Instructions are here. You may want to do it twice. Please let us know if that helps.
