Charge 5 battery problem

Hi All,

I am facing my charge 5 battery drain too fast within 3 hours from May1st 2022. I bought this device on Dec18th 2021. I contact customer support they are guiding me properly thy ask me to wait for the firmware upgrade. I really don’t know how the firmware upgrade will solve battery issues. Then from May 21st my device didn’t turn on only I can see Fitbit logo. I want to apply for the replacement warranty anyone please guide me.

They advised me the same way and when the update never came, I asked for a refund and they said I could no longer receive a refund because it was passed the 45 day window for refund.

Hi thanks for your reply. I have one year warranty. So I think they must need to replace me the device. But their customer service was really horrible they are not even respond.
