First there was the issue with the fitbit not holding a charge. That was finally resolved, then there was the fact that it never "recognizes" your exercise, as advertised, and I basically have to break my wrist to get the bloody thing to light up and show me the time. So now another "issue." Four days ago it just stopped tracking my sleep. God, this was such a waste of money! And why is there no help available from the app itself? I've got the premium account and it's a huge failure! I've never had a sports watch give me so much stress.
