I got charge 5 for 3 days. Now each time it completes the ECG reading, the screen will become black and never respond. I need to put it on the charger to get the screen back. Is this particular unit defective?

Thanks for letting us know about your Charge 5. This is odd as your tracker should continue working after taking an ECG reading. Because this isn't the case, may I know if you've tried restarting your tracker?
