Charge 5 black screen with white lines

My Charge 5 died.  Have it on the charger and the screen is just black with a white lines shooting acrossed it ever second or so.  I tried resetting it, can feel the vibration response each time I preaa the button and then one more after 3 pushes.  But still nothing, just a blank screen with flashing white lines.

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 5 device and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

If you already tried to complete the 3 pulse restart procedure and you continue to experience the same problem, please try these additional steps that have been useful for other users with display related issues:  

  1. Follow these steps in case you're having trouble to charge your device. 
  2. Please sync your device in the Fitbit app by tapping your profile picture > Charge 5 > Sync Now.
  3. If you  can't sync, tap on your profile picture > Charge 5 > Tap to see if a firmware banner appears. 
  4. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.

Tried all of the above. Except for the vibration and device feels hot, the screen remained black.

Yes I did!

I had a seamless process getting a new pebble sent to me and I am back on track now😉 seriously I didn't know how much I missed the fitbit around my wrist, til now🤩

I tied it and it worked for first time and now it happen again and again. 

Now these steps are not work and it is not pairing.

I've been informed that you were able to get in touch with the Customer Support team as well and it seems they've shared some instructions with you as well. in this case, they'll let you know about the options available for you and I recommend that you continue the communication with them as well.
