Charge 5 stuck on a red X

Hi everyone, my smatrwach died. After night the watch is turned off.  While trying to charge on the screen is red "x" logo. Before night everything was fine.

Please give me any advice.

Hi there, @Eligiusz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit device. 

Please try the following steps while your Fitbit device is connected to the charging cable:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Fitbit device again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.

If you can't get started with your Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

If the above doesn't work and you don't feel any vibration while performing a restart, please try the steps provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Once you make sure that your Fitbit device is charging, try the steps above one more time.
