Charge 5 black screen

I have 2 charge 5s that have both black screened within hours of each other around Friday. Nothing seems to fix them, I have reset both with the charger. One comes in briefly then back to black screen and the other just vibrates with touch but no screen logo. I have also used different chargers to charge and reset. The one that displays briefly shows 100% charge. These are only about 6 months old and odd that both died about the same time.

I got it updated for the same issue of John1122, did NOT help resolving the black screen!  I even tried shacking the hack of it!!  hoping there is some problem with arm band motion sensor detection system also nothing apparently happened!

we all got the same issue and i just got mine fresh out of the box today to find out that it doesn't even work... how dissappointing from FitBit..
