Charge 5 black screen

My Charge 5 died overnight and all I get now is a black screen. Will not charge, tried resetting it, forgetting it from phone, setting up again, to no avail. It’s dead, only vibrates slightly when connected to charge or when pressing reset button

Same probleme since today....

I am having the same problem, and I just got mine today.  I can't get it to charge, and have tried resetting it, forgetting it from my phone, setting it up again, and still have black screen.  I am considering just returning it and getting my money back.
