Hi my screen is completely black and will no longer show the time main page. My fit bit is still tracking and syncing with my text messages but I can’t see anything else on the screen.
I got my Fitbit at Costco and it is less than a year old.

@Acarreon Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. Please try to reset your device following these instructions:
1.) Connect your device to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.
3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
If this doesn't fix that issue, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
