Since today, after my Charge 5 ran out of battery and I charged it again, I have a black screen. I did restart it multiple times using the USB cable, and I do get haptic feedback from it. I changed the clock face using the app on my phone to force a reboot, but to no avail. Looking at other related issues popping up in the last few days on this forum, I suggest that Fitbit sends out a message stating they're aware of this issue and how to fix it.
