My Charge 5 has a black screen. I cannot get connect with my phone because Bluetooth is not able to communicate with the Fitbit. Last system update was April 28, 2025. It worked fine for a free days after that update and now, nothing. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting options and nothing. I'm frustrated and I see comments from others that they too have had the white X in the red circle and haven't had any success in getting theirs to work again either. I've also seen people getting a replacement and getting the same x and circle. What can I expect from this entry?

Please let me know if you feel any vibration in the device or if the device lights turn on.

Once you device is charged please confirm that you tried to restart the device as indicated here below:

Please keep present that Charge 5 has two ways to be restarted.
