My charge 5 has all of a sudden started to drain it battery life or the screen just goes completely blank and nothing works. My fitbit will only come back to life if I put it on charge and do the 3 press reset on the charge cable. Then the screen comes back to life. However once its fully charge it will then only last 2-3hrs before it turns off again.
I have tried changing the clock face, resetting it off the fitbit screen and doing the reset off the charge cable. So far none of these have fixed the battery draining issue and will only get it working again for another few hours before it starts again. Any advice or tips will be appreciated.
By charge 5 is only 12months old.
