My Fitbit charge 5 just over 11 months old (given to me as a gift) Still under warranty, got email from customer support, link to try various things but still no luck.
Tried everything, not sure what else to do…any ideas please to sort this.
This is my 3rd Fitbit, loosing all confidence in the product, it seems their Fitbit charges are not built to last

Hi Maria
i have already reached out to support team and filed an online claim. I got a response to click on a web link and link to this community page for help.
I have tried everything…pressed the button on charging cable as instructed, plugged Fitbit for more than 30 mins on charger, the Fitbit app is not syncing or finding the watch, black screen. I’ve been trying for days now so have reached out to the community
