Lately every morning when I go to sync my device, which is working just fine, with the app, I get a blank screen which will only be resolved when I connect the device to charge it. How much battery life is left is irrelevant. Anyone else have this same issue?
Best AnswerApparently, this isn't worth Fitbit's time since this problem only affects 2 people. But, it is very annoying that anytime I want/need to sync with the app, I get a blank screen that can only be rectified by getting the charging cable out and attaching it to the device... no matter what the battery level is.
