Charge 5 blank screen

I bought my fitbit 5 one week ago.

Today the screen is black and i can’t do anything. How can I solve this?

 Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest trying to solve this issue by restarting your device following these steps:

 

1.) Connect your device to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.

2.) Press the button located on the USB Plug of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.

3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

4.) Check the battery status of your device.

I have reported the same issue 2 days back, and I don't see any update from the team. Dint expect such service from FITBIT.
We get much better and cheaper devices in India, but I choose Fitbit by paying the premium believing I would get great service, turns out to be the other way around. Very disappointed. Never gonna Buy one from Fitbit again!!!!
