Charge 5 blank screen

My charge 5 screen has gone blank, reset from charge lead did not fix problems

Hi 

same with me. Wanted to setup my new fitbit. No reaction at all. Not possible to do bluetooth or update. Restarted app many times, reinstalled everything, rebooted fitbit, iPhone. Nothing helps.

 

now my fitbit (only bought it yesterday!) is not reacting and has a black screen.
