My Charge 5 has had a blank screen for two days now. It’s not the brightness. We’ve tried everything in the troubleshooting guide with no effect. It’s still recording data, I can see it on my iPhone when I sync. And it’s still notifying me with a sound when a text comes in. It just doesn’t have any display. Anyone got a fix for this?

Several of us experienced the non-responsive screen, especially after updating to the current firmware.
I suggest that you contact Fitbit support. They will walk you through several troubleshooting procedures. If none of the procedures returns your device to normal operation and your Charge 5 is still under warranty, they will send you an offer to replace your device or a discount on a different device. If it's out of warranty and from the posts I've read, they will send you a discount on a replacement. Note: The discount is on the full price, even if the device is on sale on Fitbit's website.
So far, my replacement is working fine.
