Charge 5 blank screen

My charge5 has a black screen since this afternoon.

Vibrating when charged, vibrating when button on charger is pressed, but nothing more.

 The app says an update is available. May that help or will it worsen the things?

Please, try to sync your device. If by any case you have difiiculties to sync it, follow the steps suggested in this article

In addition, perform a restart on your device.

If the restart doesn't fix it, please change the clock face

Hi,

syncing and restarting didn‘t help. Also the changing of the clock face didn‘t change anything. But the problem seems to occur on a few charge5.

So let‘s wait 🍀
