Charge 5 blank screen

My 3 month old Fitbit Charge 5 suddenly got a black screen with white lines. not able to sync or reset.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have tried to do a restart using the reset - I could feel it vibrate but the screen just shows lines across and I cannot see any logo

Unfortunately the device won’t sync with phone app as well. is there a service Center in Singapore? Otherwise how do I get a refund as this Fitbit was a gift?

Now all I see is the Fitbit logo when charging - still cannot sync and no clock face
