Please help! My Charge 5 has been black for 3 days now. I have been following the reset instructions given on here and also went to YouTube to no avail! This charge 5 is less than a year old. Please help me if you can. Thank you

Hi, @alesia757 welcome to the community. Is your Charge 5 syncing with the Fitbit app on your phone? If in doubt, on the "Today" screen slide your finger down the screen & release it to see the green syncing bar progress from left to right at the top of the screen. How much battery charge is indicated? If the battery is depleted review this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center In my experience we need to have our devices on power for at least 60 minutes if the battery is flat. I use rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) to clean the contacts on the back of my Fitbit detailing the contacts with a cotton bud but warm soapy water will do. Make sure the two little pins project evenly from the charging cable puck and a free (they are spring-loaded)
Allowing you have restarted your Charge 5 as in the second part of this video and you are not able any progress you should try changing the Clock face in the app on your phone. If all this fails talk to "Customer Support" using the phone or chat facility for a prompt response. It's a good idea to note the steps you have taken & what happened so you can brief the agent clearly. Your device is less than a year old so you probably have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy
