Charge 5 Heart Rate reading while climbing multiple flights of stairs and hills showed slightly higher than normal activity(106) but easy walking when my heart rate had returned to normal spiked to 170+. Thoughts

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the heart rate on your Charge 5.

I recommend you to restart your Charge 5 and make sure you're wearing it correctly, since this may impact the tracking of your heart rate. Let me know how it goes once you've done this.
