My Charge 5 no longer shows any info on its screen. I have attempted to restart pushing the restart button 3 times. I feel a pulse yet the Fitbit logo does not appear. I also tried changing the clock face from the app but that did nothing. The screen remains black.
My Fitbit will hold a charge and it continues to monitor my steps and synch to the app on my phone however as a wearable device, it is useless.
This is my 3rd device and it is also my LAST Fitbit device. A product should last longer than a couple of years. I'm very disappointed. My husband had the same thing happen to his a week prior to my issue.
I noticed a few glitches since the update late November which I did install. Now, I wish that I had never updated.
