Hi
I have charge 5, like others my screen is blank. I have tried restart procedure, changing clock face, deleting cache history but it still blank. It buzzes with activity,it is monitoring steps, auto recognising exercises.
in the app I can see the usual things.
Any advice on how to resolve, I don’t want to purchase a new Fitbit as support will end later this year
