Hello @Shaleo66
Your Charge 5 should be getting the date & time from your phone/tablet that has your Fitbit app when they sync. If you are having trouble syncing your Fitbit to your phone/tablet, this help article has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why won't my Fitbit sync? (<-- click link)
This other article has the steps on: How do I change the time on my Fitbit? (<-- click link)
If you're still having problems with the time & date on your Charge 5, please reply and let us know.

Hi there, @Shaleo66. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. We're here to help you to update the time on your Charge 5.
As @RiekoC has mentioned, the time will be wrong if your Charge 5 hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
On a side note, please make sure that your Charge 5 is up-to-date.
