My Fitbit charge 5 is less than a year old and yesterday when I went to charge it the screen remained black and didn’t appear to be charging. I tried cleaning the Fitbit and charger, tried different outlets and different chargers but nothing seemed to work. I’ve also tried resetting the Fitbit pressing the button on the charger 3 times, when I do this the Fitbit logo appears briefly but doesn’t stay on. I disconnected my Fitbit from my Bluetooth and logged out and back into the app. When I go to add a new device in the app to reestablish the Bluetooth connection it isn’t able to locate my Fitbit. My Fitbit is 80% charged, I guess it was able to charge despite the screen remaining mostly black. When I attempted the last reset it briefly flashed the logo and battery percentage but now it’s back to fully block screen. Please help!
