Charge 5 suddenly went blank on screen and battery not holding charge. Sent to Asurion as part of warranty, screen was replaced, received it back - charged it to 100%. In less than two minutes the screen went blank again and cannot get it to display on watch. It tracks via the Fitbit app on my phone but cannot get any detail on the tracker watch. Sending it back to Asurion for round two repair.

My Charge 5 is randomly turning itself off, resulting in a black screen, multiple times on some days (such as today). It usually restarts if I hook it up to the charger but the displyed data - time, date - may then be incorrect for a short time before it auto-corrects. These random 'shut-offs' result in 'No Data' relative to sleep if the shutooff occurs before bedtime. Very frustrating!! Wondering why this is happening.
