My Charge 5 went black today .
I tried to restart it but the screen is still black.
What's the next step?

Hi, @littledarkmoon , if your Charge 5 goes blank, and a restart doesn’t fix it, changing your clock face can help. You do this in the app, and instructions are here . It changing the clock face solves your issue you can return to your previously chosen clock face if you prefer.
Whenever you make changes in the app be sure to sync your Fitbit to make sure changes are reflected on your wrist.

Hi, Julia. I'm having the exact same issue as @littledarkmoon. I tried the reset (saw the Fitbit logo afterwards), then tried changing the clock face and saw the progression screen on the tracker, but the screen remained black afterwards. Do you have any other recommendations? Thank you in advance.

Hi, @moritzme , if neither the restart nor changing the clock face solves your issue, then other than trying both one more time I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com . Sorry not to have a better solution for you!
