Another frustrated customer here whose Fitbit Charge 5 screen just stopped responding and is now useless. I tried following the instructions for restarting several times and changing the clock face. When the device is restarted I briefly see a logo, then the screen goes black and won't come back on.

I, too, am having issues since the last update. My Fitbit quit connecting to Bluetooth and then went black. After trying everything recommended, I now have the Fitbit Icon blinking. My Fitbit is useless! I have been using a Fitbit for years, and I love it! My Fitbit Charge 4 failed after one of the updates, and I upgraded to the 5. I'm considering switching to Applewatch.

I'm pretty sure there is an issue that Google Fitbit does not want to disclose to its customers about this black screen of dead for the Charge 5. Otherwise they would be all over this problem with a solution! Unless there is a quick solution, I think the handwriting is on the wall.
