I purchased the Charge 5 - July 23, 2023. It died in May 2024. I contacted support and a replacement was sent - refurbished, not brand new. July 23, 2024, the replacement died. Contacted support, they wanted me to upload a video showing me trying to restart the fitbit. Problem - the 13 second video is too large to attach to the email. Contacted Fitbit again. Why is it that the email address they used is not functioning. I am so fed up. Is there anyone here monitoring this community from Fitbit???
