Charge 5 blank screen

I know there are a lot of messages regarding the black screens on the fitbit 5, but since there is no final solution I'll add mine as well. Mine broke as well, in a couple steps. I, at first, needed a reset to load the fitbit, but it still did, during my holiday, where I needed my fitbit the most it stopped working, completely. I've tried to revive it for a couple hours on multiple days, but nothing. Dead. Again. This was already a warranty replacement and now this will mean another one. I know this can happen, but seeing all the messages here, I truly hope that this issue will be fixed in the Charge 6. I'm pretty much dependent on the data from the Fitbit. I have a lung condition and have found out that the Fitbit will warn me in time when things are heading the wrong way. Next to that I really need the daily stats to keep my health in the right window. Breaking down, while on a hiking holiday, when I really needed these stats is absolute misery and did not help me having a relaxed and controlled holiday.

I would really like to see a general update from Fitbit regarding these Fitbit 5 issues and what they are going to do about it. I hate to be forced to another brand and get used to that data, but I probably have to if these Fitbit watches won't last longer then two years.

Hi there, @Prisco. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 5 is still not working properly. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.

Thanks in advance!
