My charge 5 screen stopped working, it seems still monitoring in app but nothing on the screen.
I tried resetting by pressing 3 time on the button of the charger and still nothing on the screen....
i don't know what to do now, and it was purchased within one year...........😠
Any other suggestion about this one? or is there any help email or phone number that I can contact?

To make sure that your Charge 5 is syncing, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for your reply.
I've tried multiple times for Sync, restarting and change clock face, I can feel it vibrate when I try the Sync and restarting. Unfortunately there's still NOTHING on the screen....
Is there anything else I can try?
