Earlier today my Fitbit charge 5 screen went completely black (despite having 61% charge) and has been unresponsive ever since, I’ve tried;
- keeping plugged in to charge for a couple of hours
- resetting via the usb cable (both three times with one second in between and ten total seconds)
- contacting Fitbit customer support Facebook page as I was getting an error message when asking them to call me
I have noticed other users have experienced the same issue in recent days and was hoping someone could please share how they got their Fitbit device back up and running? I am out of options and would desperately love to get it working again! Thanks in advance

Can you help me out too? I've had no screen for the last 2 weeks and no help from customer service.
